How long will my order take to arrive?

Personalised Artwork: We will work with you until you are happy with your artwork this can take a few weeks, please contact us with your order number if you need your artwork by a specific date. 

Why do Framed Prints take longer to be delivered?

Our frames do take a little longer to arrive as they are custom made to order by a specialist framing company and are dispatched directly to you by courier. 

My order has arrived damaged - what should I do?

Customer service is extremely important to us, and we want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchase. If you have a problem with any of our products, please do let us know and we promise we’ll do whatever we can to make things right.

If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days. We will endeavour to send a replacement (or otherwise agreed to resolution) as soon as possible. Please don't dispose of anything; keep all original packaging, and we may also ask you to send photographic evidence of the damage which may be needed to pursue a claim with Royal Mail or the courier.

I've changed my mind - can I return my order?

Non-Personalised items:

Please contact us as soon as possible after receipt of your order to let us know you wish to return your item(s). Package the item carefully and send it back to us within 14 days of receipt of the order (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the cost of returning the product. On receipt of the returned item, we will process a refund via Paypal, or direct to your card (depending on how you paid for your order). You will receive an email notification when the refund has been processed.

Personalised items:

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on personalised items, however, do get in touch if you have a problem and we'll see if we can help in any way.
